The No Diet Process

Chances are that you are probably depriving yourself and not eating enough food to lose weight. Let me tell you that you don't have to! 

I have never done a diet in my life because I believe that depriving yourself just puts you in a vicious circle. This is why I have created the 'No Diet Process' to help you find your balance where you can just intuitively eat what your body tells you it needs. The 'No Diet Process' includes 12 sessions that can be used over 6 months.

The 'No Diet Process - Starter' includes 6 sessions that can be used over 3 months (does not include step 3 & 5 and has less follow-up sessions)

This is how it works and what you will get out of it:

INITIAL INTERVIEW & COMPLETE EVALUATION OF YOUR HEALTH 

This can be 1 x 2 hours or 2 x 1 hour

TAILORED CONSULTATION PLAN:

After the evaluation, we will define your way forward 

1 session of 1 hour

SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS:

PANTRY CLEANING -  we will clean out your pantry  and I will explain what & why

 

 1 session of 1 hour

GROCERY SHOPPING -  we will go shopping to  set you up with the  basics  and discuss shopping lists for the future

 

2 x 1 hour or 1 x 2 hours

CHECKING IN & ADAPT: This is a follow-up session to see how you are doing and where we need to make changes 

1 session of 45 minutes

CHECKING IN & FINE-TUNE: This is another follow-up session later in the process where we will have another check-in and fine-tune your plan
